These 60-minute sessions work with the sacred plant medicine of ceremonial cacao to support your vocal channel & our process together.

These sessions meet you where you’re at, in a sanctuary of soul and sound, and explore the alchemy of cacao and vocal embodiment for healing and self-empowerment.

Choose one of the following to focus on in our session:

• Vocal Confidence: Explore practices and a special ritual to activate & empower your vocal channel for more expressive confidence & courageous sound-making. (Great for beginners.)

• Integration of Visionary Experiences: Many folks come to me after medicine journeys knowing they are ready to work on opening their voice. Together we can help integrate your plant medicine/altered state experiences related to your voice and expression.

• Technique: Explore breathwork & warm-up tips for singing & sounding that can help you open your channel and support your voice journey. (Great for beginners.)

• Emotional Inner Connection: Tap into emotions that are ready to be sounded and inner parts ready to be heard. Get into your body, breath and voice to some energy with me!! Great with cacao.

• Living as a Devoted Sacred Instrument: Explore tending to yourself as sacred vessel & experience a ritual empowerment to support your vocal channel to thrive in service to your soul’s mission. (Great for beginners.)

• Song Creation & Craft: Dive into song creation for self-healing & empowerment. No experience necessary. I’ll meet you where you’re at on your song crafting journey!

**Sessions include a cup of delicious, ethically-sourced & direct-traded ceremonial cacao from Indigenous communities of farmers, made with you in my heart.
