Embark on a sacred, ceremonial journey to support your present-moment intentions & prayers as you activate your heart & flow with the sacred cacao spirit.
Together we will co-create an altar and our sacred space. I’ll prepare the cacao or we can choose to prepare it together at your home.

Cacao Embodiment Journeys

Dive into an intimate ceremony with the sacred medicine of cacao, guided by Diana. This trauma-informed space is held in integrity with values of compassion, curiosity, consent, authenticity & empowerment.
In our sessions, we will commune with the beautiful spirit of cacao to explore an intention and prayer as we flow with what arises.
Trained in various healing arts & embodiment practices, Diana expertly guides your ceremony with various tools such as somatic experiencing, inner parts work, ancestral healing, vocal embodiment, song, drumming, emotional release, authentic movement, breathwork & more.
She also offers the opportunity to connect for preparation & integration to create a strong container for your transformation (see below).
What happens in these journeys?
Together, we will be led by your psyche, your body, your heart & any guides or ancestors wishing to benevolently support the work as I hold the space as an attentive guide & anchor.
As an example, sessions can be oriented around
integrating expansive or transformative experiences or medicine journeys
tapping into flow state to support psycho-somatic reprogramming
exploring and excavating aspects of our inner world with intention for healing
creative expression, song channeling, vocal alchemy
womb healing & reclamation of sexual sovereignty
communicating with well ancestors & other spiritual guides and resources
Note that these are 2.5-hour plant journeys. While non-psychedelic, ceremonial cacao can be strong on the body and we may move through a lot of energy. It is advised to make space before and after for yourself.
Preparation & Integration
I believe that as a plant medicine experience, these journeys are best served with intentional preparation & integration.
Beginning from the moment you book, you are encouraged to feel into your intentions & begin an internal journey through the intake form. I will then be in touch with you about other preparation guidance.
At the close of our experience, I encourage the grounding & integration process to begin through creativity – drawing, writing & other means of “scribing” your experience.
Additionally, you are invited to add-on a follow-up session with me if you’d like a check-in in the weeks following our session. Please request this specifically so we book it in. (Involves an additional fee at 50% off my normal rate.)
For in-person sessions: I will prepare the cacao brew after I tune in with your intentions & energy and bring with me to our sessions. I will be in touch to arrange location - I am currently only traveling within Sonoma & Marin counties. On occasion I may have access to a space at my home in West Sebastopol.
